Job Description

manages customer relationships by selling suitable insurance plans, explaining policy benefits, processing policy issuance and renewals, and handling claims

Sales & Client Management:

Build relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate car insurance. Prepare and present insurance proposals and policies. Negotiate terms and conditions. Manage renewals and cancellations.

Policy & Claims Processing:

Coordinate with insurance providers to generate competitive quotes. Explain policy benefits, features, and the claims process to customers. Collect KYC documents and ensure timely policy issuance. Handle endorsements, such as changes to policy details. Process and manage auto claims, including first notification of loss (FNOL) and status inquiries.

Administrative & Compliance:

Maintain accurate databases of policy information and customer records. Liaise with insurance companies, agents, and brokers for approvals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Track and report on sales performance and other relevant data.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
