Job Description

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Understanding clients' unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Acting as a point of contact for clients regarding insurance matters.

Insurance Advice and Sales:

Assessing clients' risk profiles and recommending suitable insurance policies. Providing expert advice on various insurance products and services. Generating new sales leads and closing deals. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Policy Management:

Managing insurance portfolios and ensuring policies are up-to-date. Processing policy renewals and amendments. Handling claims and providing support to policyholders.

Industry Knowledge:

Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products. Conducting research and analysis on market trends and competitive intelligence.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Preparing reports on insurance activity, sales, and client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
