Job Description

A Hospital Insurance Executive manages patient insurance processes, handling pre-authorizations, claims processing (cashless/reimbursement), liaising with TPAs/insurers, ensuring policy compliance, and guiding patients on coverage/costs, requiring strong communication, accuracy, and knowledge of medical coding/regulations to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities:

Patient & Coverage Management

: Verify patient insurance, confirm benefits, and explain out-of-pocket costs.

Claims Processing

: Handle pre-authorization, submission, tracking, follow-up, denials, and appeals for claims.

Liaison & Communication

: Coordinate with patients, doctors, and insurance companies (TPAs).

Policy & Compliance

: Ensure adherence to hospital policies and insurance regulations; stay updated on changes.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain accurate records, generate MIS reports, and ensure complete documentation for claims.

Billing Support

: Assist with billing and discharge processes for insured patients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
