Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new clients
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage client relationships for renewals and cross-selling
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company procedures
Ideal Candidate
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in insurance/financial sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities
