Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify potential clients, approach them, and build long-term relationships.

Policy Sales & Promotion:

Present and sell appropriate insurance plans (life, health, general insurance) based on client needs.

Advisory Role:

Guide clients on suitable coverage, benefits, and premium options for financial protection.

Documentation & Compliance:

Handle paperwork, ensure proper documentation, and comply with insurance regulations.

Customer Support:

Address client queries, assist with claims, renewals, and policy servicing.

Market Research:

Stay updated on new insurance products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with underwriters, claims teams, and other internal departments for smooth processing.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and prepare regular performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
