We are looking for a Insurance Executive to join our dynamic team !

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain customer database

2. Answering and make phone calls

3. Telephone etiquette

4. Handle insurance policy renewals and updates

5. Maintain records of renewal transactions and activities

6. Communicate with clients to provide renewal information

Requirements :

1. Minimum educational qualification is any degree

2. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling preferred

3. Excellent communication skill in Malayalam and English

4. Good knowledge of insurance renewal

5. Computer proficiency is mandatory

6. Female candidates preferred
