Key responsibilities

Client needs assessment:

Interview clients to understand their financial situations, insurance needs, and long-term goals.

Product sales:

Recommend and sell insurance products (life, health, disability) and risk management strategies to both new and existing clients.

Policy and application management:

Process insurance applications, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure policies are issued and/or renewed accurately and promptly.

Client service:

Provide ongoing support, assist with claims, process policy changes, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Sales and business development:

Generate leads, develop client relationships, and meet sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Market knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, application details, and other administrative tasks using the company's CRM and other systems.

Collaboration and integration

Cross-selling:

Work within a stockbroking firm to identify opportunities to offer insurance products to clients who are already using brokerage services.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated client experience, offering holistic financial planning advice.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on client progress, sales performance, and other relevant metrics for management and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ?9,527.31 - ?28,496.03 per month
