Job Title: Manager - Insurance Empanelment

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Insurance Empanelment Manager with a minimum of 6 years of proven expertise in handling TPA coordination and insurance empanelment for hospitals or diagnostic centers. This is a critical role requiring deep understanding of healthcare insurance operations, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management. CTC is open without limits for candidates who bring substantial value and network in the domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete empanelment lifecycle with TPAs and insurance companies - from initial discussions to final onboarding.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key personnel at insurance providers and TPAs.
Handle documentation, follow-ups, and negotiations related to empanelment agreements.
Identify and onboard new insurance partners to expand the network of coverage for patients.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of expiring empanelments and compliance with regulatory norms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (billing, legal, operations) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Address queries, resolve disputes, and support smooth processing of insurance claims.
Maintain MIS reports, empanelment status trackers, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Keep updated with changes in the insurance/TPA landscape, IRDAI regulations, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in insurance empanelment and TPA coordination in the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of TPA operations, insurance contract terms, and claim processes.
Proficient in MS Office and documentation tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management preferred.
Existing network and relationships with major TPAs and insurance companies is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
