Job Description

Job Title:

Insurance Empanelment In-Charge (Hospital / IVF)

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Maintain

active empanelment

with insurance companies & TPAs Handle

new empanelment's and yearly renewals

Maintain

documents, agreements, tariffs & approval letters

Coordinate for

cashless approvals

for patients Follow up on

pending approvals, queries, and escalations

Coordinate with

billing & front office teams

for smooth insurance handling Track

claim status, rejections, deductions & settlement timelines

Communicate with insurance/TPA executives regularly Prepare and submit

MIS & status reports

to management Guide patients on

insurance coverage, eligibility & required documents

Skills Required

:

Basic knowledge of

insurance / TPA process

Strong

follow-up & coordination skills

Documentation & record-keeping ability Good communication (Tamil & English preferred) Familiarity with

hospital billing / HIS software

Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
