Job Summary:


Responsible for handling insurance documentation, client coordination, and policy management to ensure smooth insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist patients in understanding and processing their health insurance claims. Coordinate with hospital billing and insurance/TPA departments. Handle patient queries, documentation, and follow-ups. Ensure smooth communication between patients, hospitals, and internal claim teams. Maintain records and ensure confidentiality in all processes.

Experience:



Freshers

are welcome. Added advantage if you have

6 months-2 years of experience

in hospitals, insurance, or customer-facing roles.
