Responsibilities



Handle customer queries related to

insurance policies, renewals, and claims

Coordinate with

insurance companies

for quotations, endorsements, and policy issuance Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, General) Prepare and share

quotes, comparisons, and proposals

Collect required documents for policy processing Maintain customer records and update CRM/software Follow up with clients for

renewals and premium payments

Support the sales team with documentation and backend work Maintain MIS reports and daily logs Basic customer service over phone/email/desk

Skills Required



Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local language) Basic insurance knowledge (Health/Motor/General) Computer skills: MS Office, Email, Documentation Customer-friendly attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
