Urgent Opening for Insurance Coordinator in leading Hospital in Madurai

Position Name : Insurance Coordinator Qualification : Any Experience : 1 + yr Industry : Hospital / Health care Salary : Negotiable Location : Madurai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients or clients.

2. Prepare and submit insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

3. Assist patients or clients with insurance-related inquiries and issues.

4. Accurately enter and maintain insurance information in databases and records.

5. Communicate with insurance companies, patients or clients, and healthcare providers to resolve issues and obtain information.

6. Follow up on denied claims and work with insurance companies to resolve issues.

7. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

8. Determine patient or client eligibility for insurance coverage.

9. Obtain prior authorization for medical treatments or services.

10. Assist with appeals process for denied claims.

11. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and laws.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

2. Experience: Previous experience in insurance coordination or related field in Hospital Industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,330.43 - ?20,000.00 per month
