About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Insurance Co-ordinator
to join our team at GGAMCCC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital insurance processes and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end insurance processes including pre-authorization, approvals, and claim submissions
Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for smooth processing of patient claims
Verify patient documents and eligibility for insurance coverage
Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlement
Maintain accurate records of insurance cases, approvals, and claim statuses
Assist patients and families with insurance-related queries
Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance guidelines
Work closely with billing, front office, and medical teams to streamline processes
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in hospital insurance coordination
Strong understanding of TPA procedures, cashless approvals, and claim workflows
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in documentation and basic computer operations
