Job Description

We are looking for

Insurance Desk Executives (IDE)

to support insurance coordination and customer handling activities.
This role is suitable for

freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience

who have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer and patient queries related to insurance Coordinate with hospitals, insurance teams, and internal departments Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and basic insurance processes Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality Provide timely updates and support to customers Resolve issues professionally and escalate when required

Candidate Requirements



Education:

Any Diploma / Graduation / Under-Graduation

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers welcome) Experience in

hospital, insurance, customer service, or front-desk roles

is an added advantage

Skills Required



Good verbal communication skills Strong listening and coordination ability Basic computer knowledge Problem-solving and positive attitude Ability to multitask and prioritize work Professional behavior and confidentiality
