Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator, located in Mumbai. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer service issues related to the CRM, B2B, or B2C portal, testing whether the portal is functioning properly, and communicating any bugs to the developers. Also include communicating with clients and insurance companies. Day-to-day tasks include processing and resolving queries, and ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support throughout the insurance process.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance and processing Insurance Products like Motor and Health
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant work experience in the insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
