The job holder will be responsible for generating sales and maintain relationship with new and existing customers. Reaching the targets and goals set for the month. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Follow up on the database / leads provided by company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Convert leads into sales.
2. Responsible to establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel of customers.
3. Responsible for all operations, customer servicing and customer retention activities for customers.
4. Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
5. Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
1. Fresher to max. 2 years of experience.
2. Good communication & understanding skills.
3. Knowledge of MS Excel.
4. Exceptional selling & negotiation skills.
5. Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
6. Organized,self-discipline and pro-active.
7. Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making skills
