Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end claims processing with TPAs and insurance companies. Scrutinize and verify all received documents before submission. Liaise with hospitals, policyholders, and TPAs for documentation and claim status. Maintain updated records of submitted, approved, rejected, and pending claims. Follow up regularly for claim approvals and disbursements. Ensure all claims are processed within the stipulated TAT (Turnaround Time). Handle queries and grievances related to claims from clients and patients. Maintain MIS and generate regular reports on claims status. Ensure compliance with IRDA and internal process guidelines.

Requirements:

Knowledge of insurance terms, TPA processes, and hospital billing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
