- Seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Claims and Insurance Process team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure efficient processing of claims while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Calling patient & hospital for verification
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills in supported languages (English primary, secondary as noted)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with claims management processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in computer systems & Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work from home
- English, Marathi & any other regional language (Preferred)
