About the Role
We are looking for a
Life Insurance Retail/Group Claims Assessor
with
1-2 years of experience
to support our claims assessment and verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess life insurance claim files
Validate documents and coordinate investigation requirements
Ensure compliance with insurer guidelines and regulations
Maintain high accuracy and timely processing
Collaborate with internal teams in a structured KPO environment
Who Can Apply
1-2 years' experience in
Life Insurance Claims
Strong understanding of claims processes & documentation
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Freshers with life-insurance domain knowledge may also apply
Must be comfortable working independently in a
WFH setup
