A leading name in the insurance industry, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Claim Support and Customer Support teams based in our Hyderabad office. As part of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in providing our customers with exceptional service, assisting them through their insurance claims process, and addressing any inquiries they have with professionalism and empathy. Claim Support Duties:
Assist customers in filing insurance claims, providing clear guidance on required documentation and procedures.
Update customers on the status of their claims, ensuring transparent communication throughout the process.
Collaborate with the claim processing team to expedite claim resolutions and customer satisfaction
Customer Support Duties:
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance policies, billing, and coverage via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Retain customer satisfaction by offering prompt resolutions and follow-ups on pending issues.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Graduates Only
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and regional languages.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
