Job Responsibilities:

Qualification : Graduate/PG

Experience : 4 to 5 years

:

Counselling the patient/patient attendants

Ensuring The Pre-Authorization Form To Be Filled By The Concerned Doctor As Per The Prescribed Format With Proper Signature Of The Doctor And The Patient/Patient Attendants

Send the pre-authorization form with relevant documents to the concerned insurance company /TPA

Update the approval status to the patient / patient attendant Maintain records

Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure for availing health insurance

Coordinates with the Insurance companies for admissions and approval.

Maintain good relationships with all the TPAs / Insurance Companies and also the doctors internally

Handle all the escalations which are taking longer time than the defined TAT

Develop good laisoning officers in reputed Insurance Companies and ensure a smooth approval process

Complete verification of the documents before submission to avoid rejections / delays and seek help of the doctor or insurance experts where ever required

Others:

Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work.
