Job Description

Responsibilities

Process and review insurance applications and documents. Maintain and update client records in the database. Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure timely processing. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Assist in audits and compliance checks. Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation. Support the creation of reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications

Any degree. Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
