Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries regarding Motor & General Insurance Explain policy features, coverage, premium, and claim process Generate leads and convert them into sales Handle renewals and follow-ups Process endorsements and policy servicing Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance Record customer details and maintain documentation Support claim process and resolve customer issues Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Required Skills

Knowledge of General Insurance / Motor Insurance Strong communication and convincing ability Customer service orientation Ability to work on targets and deadlines Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
