Key Responsibilities
1. Record Maintenance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including expenses, payments, and receipts.
Ensure proper documentation and filing for financial transactions to meet compliance requirements.
2. Invoicing and Payments
Prepare and issue invoices to clients for services rendered.
Process payments to vendors and reconcile accounts as needed.
3. Banking Operations
Handle day-to-day banking activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account updates.
Coordinate with banks to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
4. Financial Coordination
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
Support the finance team in budget tracking and cash flow management.
5. Compliance and Support
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Assist auditors and senior finance personnel with data and documentation during audits.
Any other work that the company feels you are fit to execute.

Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting or finance-related role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
