Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle
cashless and reimbursement insurance cases
Coordinate with
TPAs, insurance companies, and patients
Prepare, verify, and submit
insurance documentation & claims
Track claim status and ensure
timely approvals & settlements
Handle
pre-authorizations, denials, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of insurance files and reports
Coordinate with doctors, billing, and front-office teams
Ensure compliance with insurance policies and hospital procedures
Resolve insurance-related queries from patients and staff
Requirements:
3-4 years minimum experience
in the
insurance segment
(hospital/clinic preferred)
Strong knowledge of
health insurance & TPA processes
Languages known:
English & Telugu (mandatory), Hindi (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, hospital software)
Salary & Benefits:
?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience)
