Key responsibilities
Client acquisition:
Identify potential clients through various channels, such as networking, cold calls, and referrals, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Needs assessment:
Analyze clients' situations to understand their potential risks and recommend the most suitable insurance policies.
Sales and consultation:
Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and costs. Assist clients in selecting and purchasing the right coverage.
Policy administration:
Process new policies, handle renewals and amendments, and make modifications to existing plans as needed.
Customer service:
Provide ongoing support, answer client questions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain accurate client records, prepare reports for management, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
