KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of RM / SRM / KRM: -Educate the Customer about the product. - Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. - Close the leads assigned by the call centre team. - Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer. - Customer Servicing and collection of Renewals. - Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
