Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients to offer insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, Property, etc.)
Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Educate clients about policy details including coverage, premiums, exclusions, and benefits.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide support with claims or renewals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Stay updated with insurance industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of clients and policies using CRM tools.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in insurance or financial sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
