Job Title: Experienced Insurance Team Incharge - Hospital Front Insurance Desk Operations

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to lead and supervise a team of 15+ professionals handling insurance claims at a leading multi-specialty hospital in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead, train, and manage a team of Insurance executives

-Oversee the processing of insurance claims

-Ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submissions

-Monitor TAT and handle escalations

-Coordinate with internal hospital departments

-Regular status reporting to the corporate office

-Drive continuous improvement in claim settlement rates

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in hospital TPA / Insurance claim handling

Team Handling: Prior experience managing a team is desirable

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Masters degree preferred)

Skills:

-Excellent communication (written and spoken)

-Good knowledge of TPA processes and insurance portals

-Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

-Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
