Post Name: Instrumental Technician/Engineer

Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup

: Mount, wire, program, and test new instruments and control systems.

Calibration & Testing

: Use specialized tools to test, calibrate, and adjust instruments for accuracy (e.g., transmitters, sensors, controllers).

Maintenance & Repair

: Diagnose malfunctions, repair or replace defective parts, and perform routine preventive maintenance.

Troubleshooting

: Identify and resolve issues with complex control loops, PLCs, and monitoring systems.

Documentation

: Prepare and maintain technical reports, schematics, and work orders.

Collaboration

: Work with engineers, process technicians, and vendors on system improvements and projects.

Safety

: Adhere to safety protocols, use PPE, and manage hazards in industrial environments.
