Installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments including:
Pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters
Control valves, actuators, and positioners
On-off valves and solenoid valves
Weighing systems and load cells
Analyzer & Control Systems Support
Operation and maintenance of process analyzers such as:
Assist in loop checking, commissioning, and plant start-ups.
Plant Area Support
Provide instrumentation support to refinery areas including:
Bauxite digestion
Attend breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of plant instrumentation.
Coordination & Improvement
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams.
Support instrumentation upgrades, automation improvements, and reliability initiatives.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe handling of instruments in hazardous and caustic environments.
Documentation & Housekeeping
Maintain calibration records, instrument history cards, and maintenance logs.
Assist in updating loop diagrams, P&IDs, and instrument index.
Maintain good housekeeping in instrument panels and field areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
