The Instrumentation & Programming Engineer will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI integration, instrumentation setup, and on-site commissioning of automation systems across various locations in India. The role requires strong technical skills and extensive travel for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen Bradley & Siemens).
Integrate HMI systems with European and Indian machinery.
Set up and calibrate field instrumentation.
Manage electrical & mechanical integration during commissioning.
Perform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and support.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
Maintain documentation and project logs.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
2-3 years' hands-on experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
Knowledge of HMI integration, panel wiring, sensors, and instrumentation.
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.
Good understanding of electrical & mechanical integration.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
