Installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems in textile machinery.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of sensors, transmitters, control panels, and instruments.
Monitoring and maintaining PLCs, control panels, VFDs, and automation systems.
Ensuring accurate functioning of temperature, pressure, flow, and level instruments.
Reducing machine downtime through effective fault diagnosis.
Coordinating with production and maintenance teams.
Maintaining calibration records and maintenance documentation.
Following safety norms and company SOPs.
Key Skills & Requirements:
ITI qualification in Instrumentation / Electrical or relevant trade.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a textile manufacturing environment.
