Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Programming Engineer to support and optimize automated processes within our processed food manufacturing plant. The role involves programming and maintaining PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation systems to ensure smooth and efficient production operations in compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation & Control:

Calibrate, install, and maintain process instruments such as temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, flow meters, load cells, and level indicators.

Ensure accuracy and reliability of instruments critical to food safety and quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation faults and calibration issues.

Programming & Automation:

Develop, modify, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for production and packaging equipment.

Optimize existing automation processes for improved efficiency and reduced downtime.

Integrate new machinery with existing control systems during upgrades or installations.

Collaborate with OEM vendors on control logic and system documentation.

Systems & Compliance:

Ensure all automation and control systems comply with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Maintain documentation related to automation systems, electrical schematics, and software backups.

Cross-Functional Support:

Work closely with maintenance, production, and quality teams to identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the processed food or FMCG industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,445.21 - ₹30,000.00 per month
