Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Instrumentation & Service Engineer

to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

PCP sensors, thermowells, transmitters, and other process control instruments

to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain

PCP sensors, thermowells, transmitters, and other process instruments

. Calibrate and troubleshoot

pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement instruments

. Diagnose and resolve issues in

control systems, PLC, and SCADA

. Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of instrumentation systems. Analyze instrument data and recommend improvements for system efficiency. Provide technical support and training to clients on instrument operations. Prepare detailed

service reports, documentation, and compliance records

. Ensure adherence to

safety standards, ISO, IEC, and industry regulations

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance instrumentation performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in

Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

.

2+ years of experience

in

instrumentation servicing, calibration, and maintenance

. Strong knowledge of

PCP sensors, thermowells, transmitters, pressure, temperature, and flow measurement devices

. Familiarity with

PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs

. Hands-on experience with

diagnostic tools, calibrators, and test equipment

. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Willingness to travel to client sites for servicing and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or process industries

. Certification in

instrumentation or industrial automation

. Knowledge of

international safety and regulatory standards
