Key Responsibilities

Review client tender documents, specifications, data sheets, and project scope for I&C requirements. Finalize design basis, instrument index, I/O lists, and instrument BOM. Perform instrument sizing calculations (control valves, ESD valves, flow elements). Prepare & Review (Contractor documents) for FEED & detailed engineering deliverables: Instrument datasheets Hook-up drawings Cable schedules Loop diagrams Junction box layouts Control room layouts Panel specifications (RTU/PLC/SCADA cabinets) Understand and Develop control narratives, cause & effect matrices, shutdown logic, and alarm philosophy. Review and validate P&IDs and ensure alignment with control and safety systems. Support to review SCADA, and telecom related documents Prepare technical specifications for instruments, analysers, RTUs, and control systems. Evaluate vendor offers, review technical documents, and participate in TBE Interface with mechanical, electrical, civil, process, and SCADA teams for integrated engineering deliverables. Provide technical support for construction, commissioning, and site queries. Ensure and update client specification with relevant standards: ASME, API, ISA, IEC, OISD, PNGRB, and client-specific standards. Participated in SIL review, HAZOP study
