Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters. Routine inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems. Handling and maintenance of PLC, DCS, SCADA, control panels, and associated instrumentation. Loop checking, testing, and documentation of instrumentation systems. Attending breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime of plant operations. Coordination with operations, electrical, and mechanical departments for smooth plant functioning. Maintaining calibration records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements. Supporting shutdown activities and plant expansions, if required.

Education Qualification:



Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering

ITI (Instrumentation) candidates with strong hands-on experience may also be considered.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems. Hands-on experience with PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta / Schneider preferred). Knowledge of calibration standards and industrial safety practices. Ability to read P&ID, loop diagrams, and control schematics. Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation). Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
