Job Summary:

To design, install, maintain, and enhance instrumentation systems that monitor and control engineering systems, machinery, and industrial processes, we are looking for a qualified Instrumentation & Process Control Engineer. The ideal applicant will use efficient instrumentation and control systems to guarantee safe, effective, and optimised plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for new and existing processes. Specify, select, and calibrate sensors, transmitters, controllers, valves, and actuators. Troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems to identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers for seamless integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality systems. Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for instrumentation. Support plant commissioning, start-up, and maintenance activities. Create and maintain technical documentation including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and control narratives. Analyze process data and trends to optimize performance and reduce downtime.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
