Position Title:

Instrumentation & Mechanical Head

Experience:

5-8 years (Pharma Manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance and calibration of all instrumentation and mechanical systems. Ensure reliability of equipment such as reactors, autoclaves, pumps, and utility systems. Prepare and execute calibration schedules in line with cGMP requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, transmitters, and control systems. Support qualification and validation of equipment and instruments. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for technical purchases. Lead a team of technicians and ensure safety and compliance during maintenance work.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering. Strong understanding of process control, calibration, and automation systems in pharma. Familiarity with GMP documentation, validation, and audit requirements. Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems.
