Minimum Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation or a related field

Experience:

Minimum 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

Installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments such as

Pressure Transmitters (PT), Flow Transmitters (FT), Level Transmitters (LT), Temperature Transmitters (TT), and control valves

. Handling

fire and safety-related instruments

including

Manual Call Points (MCP), Optical Smoke Detectors (OSD), Heat Detectors (HD), and Heat & Combustible Gas Detectors (HCD)

. Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure instruments are functioning correctly and meet safety standards. Diagnosing faults in instrumentation systems and recommending corrective actions. Working with control systems such as

PLC, SCADA, and DCS

(if applicable). Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Coordinating with engineers and other team members for smooth operations. Maintaining documentation, service reports, and calibration records.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

industrial instrumentation and automation

. Hands-on experience with

calibration tools and diagnostic equipment

. Knowledge of

electrical and pneumatic control systems

. Ability to read and interpret

P&ID drawings and instrument datasheets

. Familiarity with

safety protocols and hazardous area classifications

. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
