Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation-Compulsory 3-5 years of experience in instrument calibration and flow meter maintenance (preferably in oil & gas, chemical, or manufacturing industry).
Role -Instrumentation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level transmitters, and control valves. Conduct periodic calibration of all instruments in accordance with ISO, NABL, or plant standards. Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and configuration of various types of flow meters (e.g., electromagnetic, ultrasonic, turbine, vortex). Verify and validate instrument accuracy and ensure timely documentation of calibration reports. Identify and resolve instrumentation-related issues during plant operation. Maintain calibration tools, records, and ensure traceability to standards. Support shutdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and condition monitoring activities. Coordinate with vendors and external calibration agencies for certification and re-calibration. Assist in preparing SOPs, maintenance logs, and calibration schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all instrumentation activities. Support process optimization and energy efficiency through accurate measurement and control.
