We are looking for Instrument Lab Operators with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, and ICP-MS. The ideal candidates should have expertise in method development, method validation, and be well-versed in national and international food testing regulations. Familiarity with NABL compliance procedures is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain analytical instruments: HPLC and ICP-MS
Perform method development and method validation
Ensure accurate and timely analysis of food and environmental samples
Maintain proper documentation as per NABL standards
Adhere to national and international testing guidelines and protocols
Support internal and external audits related to quality and accreditation
HPLC Required Skills:
Strong technical expertise in analytical instrumentation
Hands-on experience in Synthetic food colors, antioxidants, artificial sweeteners, mycotoxin,
Vitamins, caffein, histamine and food additives in HPLC analysis.
ICP-MS Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) for analyzing heavy metals in food and Agri-commodities covers the entire process, from preparing samples to validating and interpreting data. This skill is essential for food safety and quality control, and is highly sought after in analytical testing laboratories.
Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO, etc.)
Familiarity with NABL/ISO 17025 quality systems
