Job Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, test, and maintain electrical systems including motors, motor control centers (MCCs), PLCs, SCADA, transmitters, control valves, and instrumentation for flow, pressure, temperature, and level control. Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive/predictive maintenance, read P&ID/schematics/blueprints, and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards in metals/steel plants. Conduct repairs on pneumatic/hydraulic systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and DCS hardware while documenting activities and managing spare parts inventory.svwd+6?

Qualifications and Experience

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in metals, steel foundry, or manufacturing plants preferred, with hands-on exposure to industrial automation. Familiarity with high/medium/low voltage systems, calibration tools, and safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, PPE); ability to work shifts in hazardous environments.
