Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. Prepare course material, lesson plans, and assessments in line with the curriculum. Guide students in research projects, internships, and academic growth. Conduct seminars, workshops, and conferences in the respective field. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic environment. Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance evaluations. Engage in scholarly research and publish papers in reputed journals. Collaborate with fellow faculty for curriculum development and innovation in teaching methods.

Eligibility Criteria:

M.Pharmacy in the relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from a recognized university. Minimum

4 to 5 years of teaching experience

in a reputed institution. Strong academic and professional track record. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

In-depth knowledge of subject area and current trends in pharmacy education. Familiarity with NAAC/NBA/PCI regulations. Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and leadership skills.
