What would you do?
For the Workflow, Process Trainer will train & continuously coach the Seller to enable them to provide the client services to the pre-existing customers, on their currently running Ad products and ad campaigns, by providing strategic advertising, advisory and back-end support as after sales service Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with the following skillsets : ? Minimum 4-5 Years overall experience with at least 2 years in training for Digital Ads platform. ? Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and phone) with the ability to learn applications related to customer service. ? Exposure to Digital Ads Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and the competitive landscape; Rich experience in digital marketing concepts and trends (Preferred) ? Possesses Digital Ads Certifications; in-depth knowledge of Digital Ads Platform and products (Preferred) ? The incumbent should be well versed with Reporting and driving the production and accuracy for the process. ? Experience under BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts. If you have these skills, you are ahead of others: - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement and consistent business growth. Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs. - Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments. - Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions. - Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders. - Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement. - Experience working with CRM systems. - Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Main accountabilities: ? Deliver training to employees following company training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports. ? Gauge the post training performance of new hires during the OJT period ? Conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required. ? Evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material ? Perform on floor training interventions based on business team's feedback. ? Facilitate continuous improvement by proactively identifying & highlighting the process gaps & training requirements. ? Weekly product / process sessions ? Creation and managing of product related document.
