who will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction while also leading and managing academic or skill development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, curriculum planning, and communication skills to both teaching and administrative domains.
Key Responsibilities: English Instruction:
Design and deliver engaging English language lessons (grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, listening).
Develop curriculum, assessments, and teaching materials aligned with program objectives.
Track and assess student progress; provide feedback and support for improvement.
Integrate modern teaching methodologies and technologies into the classroom.
Conduct workshops, language labs, or soft skill sessions where necessary.
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage educational or skill development projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners for project execution.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and external reporting.
Identify opportunities for new projects or initiatives and develop proposals for the same.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's Degree in English / Education / Linguistics or related field (PhD preferred for academic roles).
Proven experience in English teaching (preferably at higher secondary or college level).
2-3 years of experience in project management or leadership role in academic environments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and e-learning platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred:
Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or equivalent.
PMP/PRINCE2 certification or formal training in project management.
Experience with donor-funded projects, CSR initiatives, or educational outreach programs.
Work Environment:
Combination of classroom-based instruction and administrative office work.
Occasional travel for project implementation, training sessions, or partner meetings.
