Pioneer Maritime Academy is hiring an experienced

Marine Engineering Instructor

to deliver hands-on practical training to students. The ideal candidate will have strong industry exposure and the ability to transfer real-world technical knowledge effectively in a training environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality

practical marine engineering training

Develop, plan, and implement structured training programs Demonstrate marine fitting, engine fitting, and piping fabrication practices Assess student performance and provide clear technical feedback Maintain training equipment, tools, and workshop safety standards

Eligibility & Qualifications

Candidates must meet

any one

of the following criteria:

Marine Fitter / Marine Engine Fitter / Piping Fabricator

with

minimum 5 years of industry experience

OR

Retired Petty Officer / Chief Petty Officer / MCPO

from the

Indian Navy

with an

Engineering background

Required Skills

Strong practical and technical knowledge in marine engineering Ability to explain concepts clearly to students Good communication and mentoring skills Commitment to discipline, safety, and training quality
