Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA graduates for the role of Instructor cum Developer. This full-time position blends teaching with real-time software development, allowing you to mentor students while contributing to live projects.

Salary:

First 3 months (Probation)

: Up to ?15,000/month

Post-Probation :

UG (B.Tech): Up to ?23,000/month

PG (M.Tech/MCA): Up to ?25,000/month

Roles and Responsibilities:

-> Deliver engaging training sessions in Java, Python, Full Stack, Data Science, AI, C, C++, and Data Analytics
->Develop and update curriculum, projects, and assignments

->Mentor students, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback

->Participate in real-time coding, debugging, and testing tasks

->Collaborate with the technical team on live client projects

->Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends

Qualifications and Skills:

->Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (Freshers & Experienced welcome)

->Strong knowledge in one or more listed technologies

->Excellent communication skills

->Passion for teaching and development

Additional Requirements:

->Willingness to relocate within Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Karnataka

->Commitment to a 1-year service bond

->Proficiency in Telugu and English

Interview Process:

->Technical Round - Expertise in Java, Python, FULL Stack, AI, Data Analytics, and Data Science

->Communication Round - Assessment of communication and presentation skills

->HR Round - Cultural fit and final terms of employment
