Title: Instructional Desinger
Location: Chennai or Remote.

• Masters Degree / Certification in Instructional Desing related subjects is an added advantage
• Min. of 6 to 8 years of relevant Instructional Design experience preferrably with enterprise elearning experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Strong ability to communicate professionally, provide proper context, and tailor messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to work independently
• Manage stakeholders and resolve conflict
• Proficient knowledge of instructional design and Agile Learning Design
• Planning and organizational skills combined with a proven ability to lead others towards timely completion of projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Evidence of the ability to design assessment tools that promotes learning
• Flexibility, motivation, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good team player and willing to work as per project demands
