Instructional Designer



Role Overview:


Join Error Makes Clever to lead and oversee multiple education formats--tech bootcamps, crash courses, and hybrid programs--ensuring excellent curriculum design, mentor coordination, and resource development. You'll drive new course launches, continuous improvements, and instructor enablement across both live and digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and manage diverse course programs: Architect 4-month bootcamps (recorded + live), crash courses, and other modular programs according to market and learner needs Define learning objectives, session plans, engagement activities (quizzes, group work, MCQs), support systems, and gamified rewards Collaborate with subject matter experts and mentors: Connect mentors/instructors to ensure crash courses and specialized programs are delivered effectively Guide mentors on curriculum structure, session designs, and use of e-learning materials Develop and upgrade e-learning resources: Oversee creation and continual enhancement of recorded lessons, live webinar concepts, handouts, labs, projects, assignments, and multimedia support materials Ensure accessibility and quality across formats (LMS, webinars, digital downloadables) Instructor enablement: Train, support, and monitor instructors/mentors in best practices for live delivery, recordings, engagement, and assessment systems Maintain clear documentation standards for syllabi, session guides, and teaching resources Ensure agile program updates: Stay alert to tech trends, evolving learner needs, and competitor offerings Monitor all course programs for relevance and effectiveness, updating content and formats continuously Use feedback loops and analytics to improve program flow, student engagement, and completion rates Student support systems: Build learner communities, query resolution frameworks, and reward programs for participation/progress Oversee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing engagement across all course types

Key Skills & Experience:



Experience in instructional/curriculum design (bootcamps, crash courses, online programs) Project management ability to handle multiple formats and launch new programs rapidly Strong stakeholder communication for mentor and instructor collaboration Familiarity with EdTech platforms, webinar tools, e-learning material creation, and assessment methods Analytical mindset for program improvement and scaling Adaptable and highly organized; comfortable managing concurrent projects

Bonus:



Prior success in managing large-scale educational cohorts or multi-format programs Hands-on knowledge of coding, tech education, or emerging professional skill domains
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
